Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on sona101. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or accidentally — are not permitted. If sona101 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all duplicate accounts may be closed and any balances or bonuses associated with them may be voided.

When registering on sona101, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false or misleading information is a serious violation of these Terms.

  • Username and password: You are responsible for choosing a secure password and keeping it confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.

Deposits & Payments

sona101 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and local bank transfers. These are the only payment methods currently supported. sona101 does not accept deposits via international credit cards, cryptocurrency, or any other method not listed in your account's deposit section.

  • Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount on sona101 is ৳50. There is no maximum deposit limit under normal circumstances, though sona101 may apply limits to specific accounts where required.
  • Processing time: Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your sona101 account instantly in the vast majority of cases. In rare instances of payment gateway delays, processing may take up to 30 minutes.
  • Deposit ownership: All deposits must be made from a payment account that belongs to you. sona101 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is identified as originating from a third-party account, it will be returned and the depositing account may be reviewed.
  • Currency: All transactions on sona101 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion is applied.

Note: sona101 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, or your bank) may apply their own transaction charges. Check with your provider if you are unsure.

If a deposit does not appear in your sona101 account within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number. Do not attempt to make a duplicate deposit before confirming the status of the original transaction.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals from sona101 are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to ensure funds are returned to their original source.

  • Minimum withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200.
  • Processing time: Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24 hours under normal operating conditions. Most withdrawals are completed significantly faster than this.
  • Verification: sona101 may require identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above certain thresholds. You may be asked to provide a copy of your national ID card or other documentation.
  • Pending wagering requirements: Withdrawals cannot be processed while active bonus wagering requirements remain incomplete. Real money funds that are not subject to wagering requirements can be withdrawn at any time.
  • Withdrawal limits: Standard daily withdrawal limits apply. Contact support if you need to discuss higher withdrawal amounts.

sona101 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms. In such cases, sona101 will communicate with the player and aim to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Bonuses & Promotions

sona101 offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be clearly stated at the point of offer. The following general rules apply to all bonuses on sona101 unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise:

  • Wagering requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier will be stated in the bonus terms.
  • One bonus at a time: Only one bonus can be active on your sona101 account at a time. You cannot stack multiple bonuses unless explicitly permitted by the promotion terms.
  • Eligible games: Not all games on sona101 contribute equally to wagering requirements. The contribution percentage for each game category will be specified in the bonus terms.
  • Expiry: Bonuses that are not used or wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated timeframe will expire and be removed from your account.
  • Abuse: sona101 monitors bonus usage and reserves the right to cancel bonuses and void associated winnings if abuse is detected. This includes creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus.

Bonus funds are separate from real money funds in your sona101 account. Real money is always used first when placing bets, unless you have specifically opted into a bonus.

Gameplay Rules

All games available on sona101 are provided by licensed third-party game providers. Each game operates according to its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By playing any game on sona101, you agree to the rules of that game as set by the provider.

sona101 acts as the platform through which games are accessed. In the case of EVO Live games, the outcomes are determined by physical game elements (cards, wheels, dice) operated by live dealers. In the case of slot games, fishing games, and other software-based titles, outcomes are determined by certified random number generators operated by the game provider.

Prohibited Conduct

Account Suspension & Closure

sona101 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any provision of these Terms
  • Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe
  • Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering
  • Chargebacks initiated against sona101 deposits
  • Abusive behaviour directed at sona101 staff or other players
  • At the player's own request (voluntary closure)

Where an account is closed due to a violation of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a violation — such as at the player's own request — any real money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after standard verification checks.

Players who wish to close their sona101 account voluntarily can do so by contacting support. Requests will be processed within 48 hours.
